The Reformer at the heart of the experience
All our classes are practised on the Reformer, each with its own approach and intensity (Pilates, Flow, Power, YogaFormer, Abs & Glutes and Men Focus!).
Thanks to its spring system, the Reformer strengthens the body deeply while supporting movement with fluidity. A genuine muscle-conditioning tool, it develops strength, mobility and flexibility — all without any impact on the joints. Whatever class you choose, it remains at the heart of the experience, offering complete, precise work that is accessible to all levels. Classes are offered at three levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced.
Abs & Glutes

- Confident beginner (at least 5 prior classes)
- Goal
- Strengthen and tone the core and glutes.
Accessible from beginner to intermediate level, this class mainly targets the abs and lower body. It combines strength work and stretching to complement your Reformer practice. Exercises can be done with or without load, working strength as well as stability and core engagement. Get ready to feel your abs, glutes and quads burn!
Pilates Reformer
- Minimum level
- 3 levels: beginner / intermediate / advanced
- Note
- For your first time on the Reformer, start with the beginner Pilates Reformer class before exploring the other classes at indar.
Through the classical repertoire, the class emphasises breathing, control, precision and flow of movement to develop strength, posture, mobility and body awareness, while respecting the essence of Pilates.
YogaFormer
- Minimum level
- Confident beginner (at least 5 prior classes)
- Goal
- Combine mobility, strength and wellbeing of body and mind.
YogaFormer combines traditional yoga practice with work on the reformer. The class draws on the fundamentals of yoga: breathing, stretching, flow of movement and grounding, along with mindfulness. Inspired by weight training and functional training, it emphasises strength, core stability and muscle work. Particular attention is also given to mobility and stretching to improve joint range of motion, release tension and optimise everyday physical performance. A complete class to build a stronger, more mobile and more balanced body.

It emphasises strength and core stability. A few mobility and stretching exercises round out the session. Movements can be done with or without load to play between power, stability and control. Expect to feel your abs, legs and glutes burn!
